TOP 10 MOVIE LOOKS I ADORE!

Number 10 Cher, Clueless

To start off this list off! At number 10, i chosed Cher from the movie Clueless that was played by the wonderful Alicia Silverstone, the outfit that she get’s the most recognition is the yellow two piece plaid fit, but i think this outfit is the most underrated fit as it really makes a foundation for 90s style. It is simple yet so chic. The skirt gives a contemporary style as it is classic for any top. You cannot go wrong with any of these outfit pieces.

Number 9 Anne Boleyn, The Other Boleyn Girl

At number 9, we have Anne Boleyn, played by Natalie Portman in The Other Boleyn Girl. This look is absolutely astonishing! It’s lining of the corset top is beautifully done! I do applaused the designer of the dress because that is not easy to execute. The dress is a lovely shade of green as it does look like a emerald color, Natalie pulls it off so effortlessly as it looks like it was made for her. This is not easy to pull off and it was just so well presented in this film! One of my favorite looks.

Number 8 The Bride, Kill Bill

I CANNOT EVEN BELIEVE THIS IS IN MY TOP 8! Now this wasn’t easy to chose but coming at number 8 is The Bride played by Uma Thurman in Kill Bill. The yellow tracksuit is so well made and so effortlessly pulled of by Uma. This type of material on the tracksuit does not look cheap and it so hard to make a leather to look like a good quality piece. This tracksuit is remarkable and cannot be forgotten in this film as it is the centerpiece of the whole movie!

Number 7 Tony Montana, Scarface

At number 7 we have Tony Montana from Scarface, played by Al Pacino. From his head to toe this will always be Scarface signature look! His suit is a fresh and sophisticated at the same time; making this a legendary fit in cinema history. The tailoring of the blazer is completely flattering and so suited well on Al Pacino. It has a very subtle pattern as well as it is a stripes on the blazer. The collar out and coordinated pants that go along the blazer just make this whole outfit absolutely stunning!

Number 6 Elvira Hancock, Scarface

Number 6, has to to be Elvira Hancock in Scarface played by Michelle Pfeiffer, this teal blue satin gown is to die for! The elegant, sexy style is absolutely iconic! It gives a chic, runway look on Michelle as she does pull it off quite well. It’s tailored so beautifully and fits the actor so well. The  sparkly crystal detailing on the top is stunning also the backless design with a slit at the skirt makes this dress the embodiment of a divine women! Just in general this has to be one of the best dresses I’ve ever seen in a movie.

Number 5 Rachel Chu, Crazy Rich Asains

Rachel Chu from Crazy Rich Asains, played by Constance Wu is one of my favorite modern-day dresses at the moment. It is a nice shade of blue with a flowy, flourished look! It almost reminds me of a blue flower. The background of the dress also is very inspirational as the gown now in Los Angeles at the Smithsonian’s first annual celebration for May’s Asian Pacific American Heritage Month. This dress just goes to show how beautifully something can impact culture and also be so stunning on.

Number 4 Laurie, Little Women

Now where do i even get started with number 4…… i have to give it to Laurie from Little Women played by the beautiful actor Timothee Chalamet. Now, Timothee isn’t new in my blog and sure as heck not being forgotten in this list! I don’t know if this is true but i heard Timothee helped collaberate on these fit in Little Women, which i think is incredibly awesome. Timothee pulls off the flowy sleeved blouse with the tucked in vest with grey straight trousers. Just in general this look is so hard to pull off but Timothee looks like this outfit was made for him! Just shows that a man can wear anything other than a basic suit. This has to be by far my favorite fit in the movie. I just adore this look on Timothee and i think this may be the best fits a man has ever worn in cinema history.

Number 3 Bonnie, Sarah, Rochelle, Nancy, The Craft

Now i know what you’re thinking…. Kim why is this so high in your list. So lemme explain now. This fashion embodied by these lovely female actors really influenced people styles even from this day! Now this movie was almost 24 years ago and having people even inspired from these looks today is absolutely mind blowing to how a movie can impact peoples everyday’s fits. These outfits that these characters wear is so simple yet has a dark twist to them, from oversize jackets to short plaid skirts. These looks are so gothic yet so finely worn! Definitely, a foundation to edgier youthful style.

Number 2 Holly Golightly, Breakfast at Tiffany’s

Now where do i even begin………. now i’m going to make this one simple. THIS OUTFIT WAS TO ACTUALLY DIE FOR! Audrey Hepburn killed this look overall. Probably one of the most popular looks in all of cinema and i’ll agree with it! This dress is so perfectly fitted on Audrey as it suits her body so well as it gives her a hourglass look. JUST IN GENERAL THIS LOOK IS STUNNING AND WELL PULLED OFF! This is the definition to a divine queen!

Number 1 Trinity, Matrix

Coming at number 1, we have to give it to Trinity from the Matrix played by Carrie-Anne Moss. NOWWWWWW this shouldn’t be surprising because this fit back in the day in 1999 when the Matrix was first introduced seen as different. Now when i say different, it totally embrace a totally different style called Cyberpunk. I love the leathery glossy dress that is very tightly fitted on Carrie it look a total bad-ass look! She invokes a dominant, powerful queen! The oval all-black glasses just do the trick for me! LIKE HOW CAN A OUTFIT BE SO FRICKING AWESOME LOOKING! This is a well-deserved outfit and is one of the best fits made in a movie ever!
